Tomond Jack, Founder & President
Tomond is a real estate broker and entrepreneur with over 20 years of investment experience. His real estate background includes investing in single family homes and leading acquisitions in the single-family rental (SFR) space for private equity firms. Tomond has led investment acquisitions of over 5,000 single family assets worth over $600M for clients. He also served as President of a property management company that managed over 3,000 single family assets. Personally, he has bought and sold over 150 single family homes and currently owns an 18-unit single-family investment portfolio. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA with a Real Estate concentration from Georgia State University. He has 10+ years of experience working for several large publicly traded corporations in various Accounting and Finance management roles. In his spare time, Tomond is an avid tennis player and enjoys traveling with his wife and sidekick, Shane.
Jonathan Nichols, Advisor
Jonathan is a real estate investor local to the DFW metroplex. He began his REI career after having worked for almost ten years in the aerospace engineering industry as a propulsion engineer where he analyzed and integrated turboshaft engines on helicopter platforms. He holds a B.S. degree and a M.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M and Virginia Polytechnical Institute respectively. He and his wife Paula first began their investing journey in 2018 and have undertaken numerous different types of projects before forming their multifamily investing company Apogee Capital in 2020. His past real estate projects include a 75-unit A class apartment complex in College Station, TX as a GP, two 100+ unit complexes in the Tulsa MSA as a GP, an 8-unit apartment to STR conversation in Arlington, TX as a GP and almost 1000 units investing as an LP. Additionally, he has numerous residential real estate investments and a top rated short-term rental business in the Arlington Entertainment District. Known as a person with a high work ethic, Jonathan enjoys helping others to achieve their goals (financial or otherwise). Outside of work, he enjoys spending his time racing in Ironman triathlons and traveling with his wife.
Michael Blank, Advisor
Michael Blank is the CEO of Nighthawk and controls over $200M in multifamily real estate all across the United States. He’s the leading authority on apartment building investing and has helped others purchase over 9,500 units valued at over $635M through his content and training programs.
He’s the author of the best selling book “Financial Freedom With Real Estate Investing” and the host of the popular “Apartment Building Investing” podcast. Michael holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from the College of William and Mary. He’s fluent in German and conversational in Spanish. Michael play tennis competitively, loves to travel, and started bow hunting several years ago. He lives near Atlanta with his wife and four children. He’s also passionate about working with Uganda Counseling and Support Services (UCSS) whose mission is to spread God’s love and improve the quality of life in remote regions of Uganda
